**MODIFICATION from video - Start on face dot, skate to each puck and quick shot on net. No stick handle. HIGH SPEED

DRILL NAME: 1Qs

F with ouck starts from Red line to enter zone along boards until top of circle. D start form far faceoff circle around cone, angle and check with impact between skaters 1pm and 3pm. NOTE - Noon is direct in front of skater, 3 pm is 90 degrees to right of skater direction.
