Coach Hill emphasizes creating a positive hockey environment for the players. Goal #1 is to get the kids to the adult leagues whether that be Juniors, NCAA, club or adult league, with a love for the game. He believes that does not happen if the players do not want to come to the rink. Having fun is an important element; however, personal and team growth is also essential to success.
